I recently tried Sinar Saredah in Kuching and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, offering assistance with any questions I had. The process was quick and convenient, with the option to drop off my clothes and pick them up at a later time. When I received my freshly cleaned and pressed clothes, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. Every item looked like new, with no wrinkles or stains in sight. The fabric was soft and smelled fresh, making it clear that the laundry had been handled with care. Overall, I highly recommend this laundry service to anyone in the Kuching area. The quality of their work is exceptional and the customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

On 30/10/2023 I sent a full set of bedsheets and pillow covers. This whole set was RM400. A week or so later the workers couldn't find it and admitted it might've been lost or given to wrong person. Finally found after few months after management effort to call up all their previous customers. I'm just glad I got back my stuff. Thank you.

somehow the staff there makes you feel their schedule is more important than serving you. Maybe it's because you don't bring business in the thousands so you get the attitude. Find somewhere else that gets the job done and more importantly, don't shoo you away because of their schedule.

They won't accept my dry cleaning laundry because they were so full. Need to send early.
