Highly recommended! We had an emergency tyre puncture and were worried about being stranded, but the team attended to us immediately. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. They were honest, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Excellent customer service and a lifesaver when you need urgent help. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly!

This tyre shop is not recommended. We had a breakdown near their shop and called to ask for assistance. The person agreed but charged RM 50 just to come and check. When he inspected the tyre, there were no nails or screws — it was simply due to an old tyre. He then suggested a replacement, saying he had a similar but slightly smaller tyre (from 235 to a narrower size). We agreed in principle and asked if he could give a small discount or waive the RM 50 service charge since we planned to buy the tyre from him. He refused, saying the RM 50 was for coming and opening the tyre. Even worse, if we decided not to replace the tyre and wanted him to reinstall the old one, he said there would be another RM 50 charge. Overall, we felt the shop was taking advantage of customers in emergency situations. The attitude and pricing were disappointing, and we do not recommend this shop to others.
