I had iCube make a wardrobe for my daughter, and I’m very happy with their work. Their service is excellent. Even after 15 years, when my home wardrobe had an issue, they came and fixed it for me. Now I’m making a new wardrobe with them, and the whole process has been very smooth. Thank you to the salesperson, Mr. Ng, and also to the boss!

We searched high and low for a cabinetry designer and manufacturer who would be able to meet both our expectations of materials, design, workmanship and pricing. It was a search that took months, if not a year. To refurbish and fit out our entire home. Cue InCube, specifically Ng who was the star of the entire show. He not only intuitively knew what we were looking for, but was also able to provide extremely valuable suggestions. On top of all that, he was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process - not just pre-sale, but also during and post-installation. He delivers an incredible level of service that you'll need to see it to believe it. Their eye for detail, combined with ability to customize almost anything that you're looking to build is amazing. We're deeply grateful to Ng and the InCube team for such an amazing experience and cabinets that takes our breath away.

Have you ever seen your drawings come to life? Here is my dream cabinet that I engage Incube Customize to create them. Im so thankful for Ng who handled my order. He previously helped us with our 1st home kitchen cabinet and this time he helped us again for our 2nd home. Im so glad that even though 6 years has past since I used them, Ng is still so responsible, courteous, detailed and fast. If I were to manage my house renovation without him, I think my house will be in ruins. He advised me from electrical work on plugpoint position up till sink placements which Im so thankful for. I could not recommend enough further to use him. He is really your go to guy when it comes to your cabinetry planning and thr company provides touch up service after installation without delay. I would highly recommend this company for cabinetrywork.

Very bad purchase experience. Customized kitchen is not customized. If there's second chance, I will not pick this store anymore. First started with sales person, I made the 50% deposit and realised the office did not have credit card machine. When made an other 50% of payment before delivery, the salesperson did bring receipt. Regarding the installation, it is totally a joke and nightmare! As per image attached, do you think it worth RM10k kitchen cabinet? If you really want to customize your kitchen cabinet, remember to hold at least 10%-20% of payment after installation. Otherwise the salesperson will disappear and leave you with the foreign worker.

I have experience with in cube recently for reinstall my kitchen cabinet due to damage by recent flood. Unfortunately some error on cabinet colours and fixing damage done by their workers had cause 😔 unhappy. Yet, I personally went to their office to sort this problem. The customer service named Ms Hana and office staff who really support me showing all the color to match back to my original color and do sample ordering before finalized the orders.

Talk nicely before got order. I have bad experience sales ppl. The salesman will change the design last minute without discuss with client. They will take own decision, inform the client on installation day. After that the salesman will talk rude with client. But they will ask full payment earlier before job properly complete. The In Cube salesmen will not respect the client. Be careful before commit anything with them. Confirm everything with B&W documents.
