Ridiculous experience！ We came here to do our laundry, changed our money into tokens and guess what? ALL the dryers were taken over by the staff.( The laundry own STAFF) Literally every single one was stuffed with their own laundry. We couldn’t use any of the machine.We ask if they finish already or give one of the machine for us to dry our clothes,they said they still lots of clothes need to dry.So we cannot use?HALO??? We’re tourists, and now the tokens we bought are USELESS.Tried asking to get our money back since we couldn’t even use the dryers, and the staff just said "cannot." Seriously?? Terrible experience! If your staff are gonna hog all the machines, just shut the place down and do your own laundry privately. Don’t run a business like this. Absolutely terrible. Never coming back. Such a waste of time and money — and a total lack of respect for your customers.
