I have many Friends like to go there buy bikes especially the Twitter , the Boss RenJie and Fu Ke young energetic,Services is goods, of course the prices reasonable and cheaper and currently new brand bikes
MK himself is fantastic. He patiently attends to every customer and when came my turn he adjusted my crooked disc brake and did not charge me for it. This will be my favourite bike shop from now.
Poor delayed biased service tendered. Previously too felt its a slow service but too bad this is the nearest. Just started cycling, noticed tyre wasnt in condition- shaking and tyre swollen. Waited for about 50 minutes only then tendered to me (huge sigh). The service providers been busy attending to late comers and not us who had to continue to cycle. The other customers were coming in cars to drop by for service/collect serviced bicycle/ new bicycle purchase. I paid not less amount to change tyre though. It cost RM55 each. I changed both my tyres.
Very bad customer service..we waited so long, just ask us how much budget them didnt layan us at all. Do u think pple with budget rm1500 is low? Then y do u sell bicycle for rm800 rm600 plus? Someone came and ask for 3k budget and straightaway layan them except us. Very bad service.
