Dear Friend's their staff are not are very professional and honest on their job.3 day's ago their staff come and service the aircond at my parents house.But one of the technician broked the aircond indoor unit casing on the right side.And today morning I notified that. Immediately I took the picture and to their company customer service executive....And the reply from Ms.Rebecca (Customer Service Executive ) is that casing already broked before the technician dissemble.Clearly know he not telling the truth.Why the technician didn't show that to me?So please be very careful when their technician do the job!
Don't trust their worker. Because their workers' salary are based on commission. If you ask them whether your aircond/water heater/else still can be used or not, they will give lot of reason mainly to persuade you to change to new one. The installation fees also very high.
Very good service and can be trusted for their are service
